ORDINANCE N0. 91-059 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHAPdGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - RESIDENCE HOME FOR THE AGED (20) ON LOTS 16 and 17, CITY BLOCK 163, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERKITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLZNG DIS°I'RICT (2F) ; AND llESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - RESIDENCE HOME FOR THE AGED (20) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - RESIDENCE HOME FOR THE AGED (20), be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 16 and 17, CITY BLOCK 163, on property belonging to ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL, so as to include in such TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - RESIDENCE HONiE FOR THE AGED (20) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - RESIDENCE HOME FOR THE AGED (20), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey No. 778, and also being Lots 16 and 17, City Block 163. BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner at the Northeast corner of said Lot 17, City Block 163, the intersection of the South Boundary Line of East Sherman Street with the West Boundary Line of 8th 5treet S.E.; THENCE; South along the West Boundary Line of 8th Street S.E. a distance of 353 feet; THENCE West a distance of 156.5 feet to a metal post for corner; THENCE North 880 West a distance of 288.2 feet to a metal post for corner; THENCE North 01 30' East a distance of 110 feet to a metal post for corner; THENCE East a distance of 54 feet to a metal post for corner; THENCE North a distance of 126.7 feet to a metal post for corner; THENCE West a distance of 77 feet to a metal post for corner; THENCE North a distance of 125.5 feet to an iron pin for corner at the Northwest corner of said Lot 17, City Block 163, and being in the South Boundary Line of East Sherman Street; THENCE along the South Boundary Line of Sherman Street as follows: South 890 20' East a distance of 24.5 feet; South 83° 30' East a distance of 147.3 feet; East a distance of 268.9 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
