<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 91-059 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHAPdGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT (2F) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - RESIDENCE HOME FOR THE AGED <br /> (20) ON LOTS 16 and 17, CITY BLOCK 163, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br /> ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERKITORY <br /> FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLZNG DIS°I'RICT (2F) ; AND <br /> llESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> (2F) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - RESIDENCE HOME FOR THE AGED (20) SO <br /> ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a TWO <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - RESIDENCE <br /> HOME FOR THE AGED (20), be, and the same is hereby established on <br /> LOTS 16 and 17, CITY BLOCK 163, on property belonging to ST. <br /> JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL, so as to include in such TWO FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT (2F) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - RESIDENCE HONiE FOR THE AGED <br /> (20) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and <br /> is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), <br /> and that the boundaries of said TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - RESIDENCE HOME FOR THE AGED (20), be, and <br /> the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and <br /> being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey No. 778, and <br /> also being Lots 16 and 17, City Block 163. <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner at the <br /> Northeast corner of said Lot 17, City Block 163, the <br /> intersection of the South Boundary Line of East Sherman <br /> Street with the West Boundary Line of 8th 5treet S.E.; <br /> THENCE; South along the West Boundary Line of 8th <br /> Street S.E. a distance of 353 feet; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 156.5 feet to a metal <br /> post for corner; <br /> THENCE North 880 West a distance of 288.2 feet to <br /> a metal post for corner; <br /> THENCE North 01 30' East a distance of 110 feet to <br /> a metal post for corner; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 54 feet to a metal post <br /> for corner; <br /> THENCE North a distance of 126.7 feet to a metal <br /> post for corner; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 77 feet to a metal post <br /> for corner; <br /> THENCE North a distance of 125.5 feet to an iron <br /> pin for corner at the Northwest corner of said Lot 17, <br /> City Block 163, and being in the South Boundary Line of <br /> East Sherman Street; <br /> THENCE along the South Boundary Line of Sherman <br /> Street as follows: South 890 20' East a distance of <br /> 24.5 feet; South 83° 30' East a distance of 147.3 feet; <br /> East a distance of 268.9 feet to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />
