ORDINANCE N0. 90-005 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PEIZMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49) ON PART OF LOT l, CITY BLOCK 341, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO SAM BOLTON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY llESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) ; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES UF THE COMMERCIAL BISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI'TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY UF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMNIERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same is hereby established on PART OF LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 341, on property belonging to SAM BOLTON, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPE:CIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; being a part of the James Bourland Survey, Abstract No. 69; and being a part ot a called 36.395 acre tract of land described in a Deed from W. Claude Walker to Don Nabors, recorded in Volume 480, Page 383, Lamar County Deed Records. BEGINNING at a concrete monument found for corner at the intersection of the East right-of-way line of Highway No. 24 with the South right-of-way line of Loop 286; THENCE along the South right-of-way line of Loop 286 an the following calls: North 51 degrees 58 minutes East, 176.86 teet to a concrete monument found for corner and North 88 degrees 41 minutes East, 119.86 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE South, 191.27 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE South 89 degrees Ol minutes West, 296.29 feet to an iron pin set tor corner in the East right-of-way line cf said Highway No. 24; THENCE North 23 degrees 41 minutes East, 92.4 feet along the East right-of-way line of said Highway No. 24 to the place of beginning, containing 1.00 acre of land. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordiriance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
