ORDINANCE N0. 90-012 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 89-012, PASSED ON THE 13TH DAY OF MARCH, 1989, PERMITTING TIME TO SELL OR SUBMIT A PLAN TO RESTORE THE STRUCTURE OTHERWISE DECLARED DILAPIDATED AT 265 SOUTH MAIN STREET, LOT l, CITY BLOCK 179A, BELONGING TO YOUNG AND HERALD, DALLAS, TEXAS „ PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 9, 1990. WHEREAS, Mr. Pete Young, appeared before the City Council at its Regular Meeting on the 12th day of March, 1990 and requested that Young and Herald be granted a six month extension to sell or submit a plan to restore the structure heretofore declared to be dilapidated at 265 South Main Street, Lot l, City Block 179A, since Mr. Young submitted a Structural Observation Report and states that they have several contacts interested in the Hotel; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris deems it to be in the best interest of the City of Paris that Young and Herald be given an extension of six months, beginning March 12, 1990, to sell or submit a plan to restore the structure at number 265 South Main Street, Lot 1, City Block 179A; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That Young and Herald be given an extension of six months, beginning March 12, 1990, to sell or submit a plan to restore the structure at 265 South Main Street, Lot 1, City Block 179A, from the date set out in Section 3 of Ordinance No. 89-012 to September 12, 1990. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on April 9, 1990.
