<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
<br /> (C) ON LOTS 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33 and 34,
<br /> City Block 250, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO WALTER AND BOON GROSS,
<br /> PEDRO FIGUEROA, ROLAND FAGAN, MRS. RICHARD P. WRIGHT, CLARENCE
<br /> PARKS, RALPH BLOW, JOHN C. KELLEY, SHELTON WARD, MRS. E. NICHOLS
<br /> AND JULIE BELTRAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
<br /> DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND
<br /> DESIGNATING THE BOUNBARIES OF THE CONIMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO
<br /> ESTABLISHED.
<br /> BE IT ORllAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by
<br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is hereby established
<br /> on LOTS 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33 and 34, City
<br /> Block 250, on property belonging to WALTER AND BOON GROSS, PEDRO
<br /> FIGUEROA, ROLAND FAGAN, MRS. RICHARD P. WRIGHT, CLARENCE PARKS,
<br /> RALPH BLOW, JOHN C. KELLEY, SHELTON WARD, MRS. E. NICHOLS AND
<br /> JULIE BELTRAN, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C)
<br /> the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is
<br /> presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2
<br /> (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C),
<br /> be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City
<br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
<br /> being Lots 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33
<br /> and 34, City Block 250 in the City of Paris, Lamar
<br /> County, Texas and more particularly described as
<br /> follows:
<br /> TRACT 1:
<br /> BEGINNING at a point in the North Boundary Line of
<br /> Clement Road, said point being the Southwest corner of
<br /> Lot 21, City Block 250;
<br /> THENCE North with the West Boundary Line of said
<br /> Lot 21, 811 feet to its Northwest corner;
<br /> THENCE Southeasterly a distance of 1,016 feet to a
<br /> point, the Northeast corner of Lot 29, City Block 250;
<br /> THENCE Southeasterly 12 feet more or less to the
<br /> Northwest corner of Lot 30, City Block 250;
<br /> THENCE East, 170 feet more or less to the
<br /> Northeast corner of said Lot 30, City Block 250;
<br /> THENCE South, 307 feet to a point in the North
<br /> Boundary Line of Clement Road, same being the Southeast
<br /> corner of said Lot 30, City B1ock 250;
<br /> THENCE West with the North Boundary Line of
<br /> Clement Road, 1,055 feet to the place of beginning.
<br /> TRACT 2:
<br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the West Boundary
<br /> Line of Fitzhugh Avenue with the North Boundary Line of
<br /> Clement Road;
<br /> THENCE West with the North Boundary Line of
<br /> Clement Road 104.5 feet to a point, the Southwest
<br /> corner of Lat 32, City Block 250;
<br /> THENCE North, 418 feet to the Northwest corner of
<br /> Lot 34, City Block 250;
<br /> THENCE East, 104.5 feet to a point in the West
<br /> Boundary Line of Fitzhugh Avenue, same being the
<br /> Northeast corner of Iot, said Lot 34, City Block 250;
<br /> THENCE South with the West Boundary Line of
<br /> Fitzhugh Avenue, 418 feet to the place of beginning.
<br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
<br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
<br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
