<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 90-020 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDINU ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CI'TY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-CONiMUNITY UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT (9) ON LOT 9, CITY BLUCK 351, ON PROPERTY BELONGING <br /> TU HAYDEN SWAIM, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEKEIN TERRITORY FOIZMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A AGRICULTURAL DISTRIC"T (A); AND DESIGNATING THE <br /> BCIUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (9) SO <br /> ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) ANU SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT-COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (9), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on LOI' 9, CITY BLOCK 351, on property belonging to <br /> HAYDEN SWAIM, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DwELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-COMMUNITY UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT (9) the hereinafter described property, which was <br /> formerly and is presently designated as a AGRICULTURAL DIS'TRICT <br /> (A), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> (9), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of 'I"exas, a part <br /> of the Joseph Leach Survey #524, and being a part of a <br /> 152.21 acre tract of land conveyed Leslie Echols by <br /> deed recorded in Volume 309, Page 603, of the Deed <br /> Records of said County and State. <br /> Beginning at an iron pin for corner in the North <br /> Boundary Line of Loop Hwy 286, said point being North <br /> 55 Degrees 02 Minutes East a distance of 14.7 teet from <br /> the Southeast corner of a 2.054 acre tract of land <br /> conveyed New Hope Baptist Church of Paris by deed <br /> recorded in Volume 604, Page 134, of said Deed Records. <br /> Thence along the East Boundary Line of a 15 foot <br /> Sewer Easement as follows: North 16 Degrees 49 Minutes <br /> West 528 feet to an iron pin; North 17 Degrees 25 <br /> Minutes West 502.9 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE North 73 Degrees 11 Minutes East a distance <br /> of 255.3 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE South 16 Degrees 49 Minutes East a distance <br /> of 926 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE in a Southwesterly direction along the <br /> North Boundary Line of said Loop Hwy 286 around a curve <br /> (R=1772.8593) to the right a distance of 271.4 feet to <br /> the place of beginning and containing 5.669 acres of <br /> land. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Pari.s in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinarice. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. T'his ordinance shall become effective <br /> iuunediately upon passage. <br />
