ORDINANCE N0. 90-027 AN OKDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORllINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PAKIS, PARIS, T'EXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE llIST'RICT (NS) ON LOT 3, BLOCK P, MORNINGSIDE ESTATES PART 3, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MORNINGSIDE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERKI'I'ORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NU. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-RECREATION FACILITY-PRIVATE (12); AND DESIGNATING THE BGUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE UIS'TRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORUAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL UF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning thap and Urdinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 3, BLOCK P, MORNINGSIDE ESTATES PART 3, on property belonging to MORNINGSIDE HO1tilE0WNERS ASSOCIATION, so as to include in such NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLINU DISTRICT N0. L (SF-L) ANU SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-RECREATION FACILITY-PRIVATE (12), and that the boundaries of said NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 3, Block P, Niorningside Estates Part 3, located between Loop 286 S.E. and 38th Street S. E. north of Morningside Drive. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. 5ection 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
