ORDINANCE N0. 90-029 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONIIVG URDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY 0F PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BUUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZUNING MAP OF SAID CII'Y; ESTABLISHING A LIGHT INDUSTKIAL DISTRICT (LI) ON LOT 4, CITY, BLOCK 317, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BOB NIcCARLEY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A AGRICULTURAL llISTkICT (A); AND DESIGNAT'ING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DIS"TRICT (LI) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT URUAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY UF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the "Loning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRIC'T (LI), be, and the same is hereby established on LGT' 4, CITY, BLOCK 317, on property belonging to BOB McCARLEY, so as to inclucie in such LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a AGRICULTUKAL DISTRIC'I' (A), and that the boundaries of said LIGHT INDUSTRIAL llISTRIC'T (LI), be, and the sauie are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Z`RACT 1: A part of the E. Crow Survey. BEGINNING at a stake on the east boundary line County Poor Farm in the Hiram Williams Survey; THENCE South 400 feet a stake on North side of the Pine Mill Road; THENCE with North side of said Road North 751 E 469 feet a stake on Division line of the Crow heirs; THENCE IVorth 285 feet a stake on north boundary line of original Crow Estate; THENCE West 442.5 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3.473 acres of land. TRACT 2: A part of the E. Crow Survey. BEGINNING at northeast corner of Tract 1 above described. THENCE South 285 feet a stake on north boundary line of Pine Mill Road; the southeast corner of Tract 1 above described; THENCE North 69 deg. E. 300 feet a stake; THENCE North 67 deg. E. 347 feet a stake; THENCE 1Vorth 20 feet a stake on north boundary line cf original tract; THENCE West 611.5 feet to the place of beginning, containing 2.34 acres Section 2. That the Director of Comniunity Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions ot Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
