<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NU. 90-033 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br /> PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE <br /> AMENUED BY REVISING SECTION 16-42 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR <br /> AN INCREASE IN RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE SERVICE FEE; REPEALING <br /> ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; <br /> ANll PROVIDING FOR COLLECTION OF SUCH FEE ON ALL ACCOUNTS <br /> BILLED AFTER OCTOBER 2, 1990. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That Section 16-42 of the Code of <br /> Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended so <br /> that such shall read as follows: <br /> "Sec. 16-42. Rate. <br /> <br /> The division shall collect seven dollars and <br /> fifty cents ($7.50) for each residential water <br /> meter customer. A residential water meter customer <br /> who dwells in a multifamily complex consisting of <br /> four (4) units or more whose landlord has an annual <br /> trash service contract with an approved commercial <br /> trash collector is entitled to make application to <br /> the water billing office to reduce their solid <br /> waste service fee rate from seven dollars and fifty <br /> cents ($7.50) to one dollar ($1.00). The division <br /> shall collect one dollar and fifteen cents ($1.15) <br /> for each commercial and industrial water meter <br /> customer." <br /> Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> with such billings after October 2, 1990. <br /> Passed and adopted this 17th day of September, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Eric S.
