Section 4. That the sum of $1,667,280.00 is hereby appropriated out of the Water and Sewer Revenue Bond Fund for the purpose of paying accrued interest and making the principal payments as the same mature on the Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, and creating the prescribed contingent and reserve fund therefor. Section 5. That the sum of $215,000.00 is hereby appropriated out of the Revenue Sharing Fund for the payment of operatirig expenses and Capital Outlay of the City Government, as hereinatter itemized: PUBLIC SAFETY Community Development $ 90,000.00 Streets and Highways $ 50,000.00 Engineering $ 75,000.00 Sub-total $ 215,000.00 Total Appropriations ~ 215,000.00 Section 6. That the sum of $324,625.00 is hereby authorized out of the Criminal Justice Grant Fund for the payment of operating expenses and capital outlay of the Police Department, as hereinafter itemized: PUBLIC SAFETY: Police $ 324,625.00 Total $ 324,625.00 Section 7. That the sum of $240,000.00 is hereby appropriated out ot the Community llevelopment Grant Fund for payment of operating expenses and capital outlay tor the Community Development Department, as hereinafter itemized: CUMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Community Development $ 240,000.00 Total $ 240,000.00 Section 8. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 9. This ordinance shall be and remain in full torce and effect from and atter its passage and approval by the City Council of the City of Paris.
