TO A POINT APPROXIMATELY 186 FEET WEST OF <br /> 19TH STREET S.E. WHERE IT FORMS A"T" TO INTERSECT WITH MARGARET <br /> AND HUBBARD STREETS; DECLARING NO NECESSITY OR NEED OF SAID ALLEY <br /> FOR CITY USE OTHER THAN FOR A UTILITY EASEMENT, WHICH IS <br /> EXPRESSLY RETAINED BY THE CITY OF PARIS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH 1, 1989. <br /> WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the <br /> City Council of the City of Paris, that an alley, beginning <br /> approximately midway between Margaret Street and Hubbard Street <br /> running East from 17th Street S.E. to a point approximately 186 <br /> feet west of 19th Street S.E. where it forms a"T" to intersect <br /> with Margaret and Hubbard Streets is of no use as an alley or <br /> street to the City of Paris or to its citizens, but is of use and <br /> necessary to the City of Paris and its citizens for utility <br /> easemer.t purposes, and the City Council so finds; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the alley, beginning approximately <br /> midway Uetween Margaret Street and Hubbard Street <br /> running East from 17th Street S.E. to a point approximately 186 <br /> feet west of 19th Street S.E. where it forms a"T" to intersect <br /> with Margaret anci Hubbard Streets described in Exhibit A attached <br /> hereto, is hereby closed, with the City of Paris retaining a <br /> utility easement. <br /> Section 2.
