<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> QRDINANCE N0. 89-008 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - LODGE (17) ON <br /> EAST 1/2 OF LOTS 2 AND 4, BLOCK 0, EAST PARK ADDITION, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO JESSE L. MATHIS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> N0. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - LODGE <br /> (17) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map anu Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are tiereby changed, and that a ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - <br /> LODGE (17), be, and the same is hereby established on East 1/2 OF <br /> LOTS 2 AND 4, BLOCK 0, EAST PARK ADDITION, on property belonging <br /> to JESSE L. MATHIS, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - LODGE (17) the <br /> hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is <br /> presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3 <br /> (SF-3), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - LODGE (17), be, <br /> and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and <br /> being All that certain tract or parcei of land, <br /> situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, and <br /> being a part af the Redding Russell Survey, and being <br /> the East 1/2 of Lots 2 and 4 in Block 0 of the East <br /> park Addition to Lamar County, Texas, and being <br /> described by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the West Boundary <br /> Line of 12th Street N.E. with the East Boundary Line of <br /> Hickory Street, a stake, the Northeast corner of LoL- 2 <br /> in Block 0; <br /> Thence South 105 feet, the Southeast corner of Lot <br /> 4 in Block 0; <br /> Thence West with the South Boundary Line of Lot 4, <br /> Block 0, £312 feet; <br /> Thence North 105 feet to the South Boundary Line <br /> of Hickory Street; <br /> Thence East with the South Boundary Line of <br /> Hickory Street, 812 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
