ORDINANCE N0. 89-011 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ON LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 113-A, ON PROPFRTY BELONGING TO NATHAN J. BELL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FA.MILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (Q) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance Na. 1710 af the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a OFFICE DISTRICT (0), be, and the san►e is hereby established on LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 113-A, on property belonging to NATHAN J. BELL, so as to include in such OFFICE DISTRICT (0) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently desigriated as a TWO FAMILY DIA'ELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said OFFICE DISTRICT (0), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits af the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Being Lot 6, City Block 113-A in the City of Paris and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West Boundary Line of 12th S.E., said point bPing South a distance of 262 feet from the South Boundary Line of East Austin Street and said point being the Northeast corner of said Lot 6; Thence South along the West Boundary Line of 12th S.E. 125 feet to a point for corner; Thence West, 360 feet to a point for corner; Thence North, 125 feet to a point for corner; Thence East, 360 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 11/10 and the lar.d use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ardinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.. Section 4. This ordinance sha11 become effective immediately upon passage.
