Voluntary <br />Disclosure of Interest Statement <br />By <br />The Principals of <br />Hayter Engineering, Inc. <br />The following information is voluntarily given to City of Paris, to assist in evaluating Hayter <br />Engineering, Inc.'s self-interest in the City's proposed project which might conflict with the <br />City's best interest and thus affect the firm's ability to represent the City's interests only in all <br />matters relating to its projects and planning of said City. <br />Common Stockholdings: <br />No holdings in any corporation in excess of $10,000 which directly supplies finished <br />products to the water, sewer, street or solid wastes industry. <br />Construction Companies and Firms: <br />No financial, business or management interest. <br />No blood relations connected with same through first cousins. <br />Equipment and Materials Suppliers: <br />No financial, business or management interest. <br />No blood relations connected with same through first cousins. <br />City of Paris: <br />No relations by blood or marriage. No joint financial investments, or outside business <br />interests.
