I understand that a11 work must be completed in accordance with HOME Program requirements and, as applicable: * Texas Minimum Construction Standards ('TMCS) • Texas Minimum Constcuction Specifications (TMC Specs) ~ International Residential Code (IRC) - new construction and reconstruction ~ Colonia Housing Standards (CHS) - only in areas specifically designated as colonias ■ All local building codes, standards, and specifications I hereby certify that all work performed will meet or exceed applicable codes, standards, and specifications as they apply to the construction work for which I am bidding. I also understand that compliauce with applicable minimum constn►ction codes, standards, and specifications will be considered part of my contract in the event that my bid is accepted by the above-referenced Contract Adininistrator. I understand thai failure io meet or exceed applicable codes, standards, and specifications may result in debarment from future federally funded construction contracts. 4. I undetstand that I must provide a one-yeaz warranty on all work perfoimed and that fai[ure to complete warranty work in a timely manner may result in my debarment from future federally funded construction contracts. 5.
