M. Skirting must have veatilation openings a minimum of 4' from each comer, and no less than every <br />8'. Vent openings s6ould be covered by louvered screened vents, and should be a minimum of 50 <br />square inches. <br />N. Creep-holc door must be hinged and conatructed of such inscct and decay resistant material to <br />conform with foundation skirt, and must be of adeyuate siu for entrance into crawl space <br />(minimum of lb" x 16"). <br />6.2 Hazards and Substandard Conditions <br />A. Hazardous conditions must includc any condition that threatens thahealth and or safety of the <br />occupants. Substandard eonditions include any condition that threatens, dofeats or wiil kad to the <br />lack of functional viability of a single feature of a home. These conditions must include but not be <br />limited to: <br />1. Termite or other wood deatroying insect damaga W sm►chual members; <br />2. Water damage or dry rot to struch►ral members; <br />3, groken, fire damaged or otherwise compromised beams, joist or sills; <br />4. Unsupported beams, or sills or joints in same that have no support; inadequate support; <br />5. Water draining and/or pooling under foundatioa area; <br />6. In areas that have more than two annual days with umperatures below 30 degrees, a lack <br />of underpinaing, skirting, or other insulating feature to expos$d plumbing. <br />7. Existing skirting or underpinniag that is cracked, damaged or not propcrly vented. <br />g. Ground eontact of untrceted wooden structare; <br />9. Severe slab cracks that create or threaten structural or other systems such as plumbing; <br />B. Any other condition not mentioned that meets thc definition of a 6azardous or substandard <br />condition should be repaired and/or rehabilitated to meet industry standatds• <br />7.0 Floors <br />7.1 Minimum Floor System Standards <br />A. All sub-floors should be solid and continuous, without liberal movcment or bounce, fine from roc <br />and deurioration. <br />B. All flooreng must be frx from tripping hazards vvith a minimum of sesms spaced at logical <br />locations auch as doorways and matchod to the exisNng floor. <br />C. All flooring must be sealed and/or tight at the edges. <br />7.2 Hazardous and Substandard Conditions <br />A.
