CONSTRUCTION <br />The 1.OMG welded steel tank was built bDr evel 95107nand the height to <br />ten welded steel legs. The height to low wate <br />upper capacity level is 150'. The overall height of the structure is approximately <br />165'. The shape of the bowl is a double ellipse. <br />The structure is located in a residential area and surrounded by a security fence. <br />The overall working area within the fence is approximately 125' x 125'. <br />2. FOUNDATION <br />The ten welded steel pipe legs are anchored to the concrete footings with two <br />anchor bolts per leg. The concrete footings are level and in good condition. <br />The footings project above grade ap nr{hexconcret. The base plat s and bolts <br />anc h o r b o l t s and t h e b o l t s a r e s n u g <br />are rusting. No evidence of uneven settlement was observed. <br />3. RISER PIPE <br />The 5' diameter wet riser is plumb with no leaks noted. The 24" diameter <br />manway in the base was not opened for the inspection. The riser is anchored to a <br />concrete foundation with bolts that are in good condition as is the concrete. The <br />riser has no interior ladder. A safeiy grate is covering the interior riser pipe <br />opening. <br />A metal control building is attached to the base of the riser pipe. The door to the <br />structure is locked. <br />488 <br />
