<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 89-015 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> I'HE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTI-FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) ON LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 31, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO MIKE RHODES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESTGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> (2F); AND DESIGNATING TFiE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY aF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 af the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 31, on property belonging <br /> to MIKE RHODES, so as to include in such MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described property, which <br /> was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said MULTI-FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby <br /> established as foliows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and <br /> being Being Lot 6, City Block 31, in the City of Paris, <br /> Lamar County, Texas, and more particularly described as <br /> follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the North <br /> Boundary Line of E. Houston Street with the West <br /> Boundary Line of lOth N.E.; <br /> THENCE West with the North Boundary Line of E. <br /> Houston Street, a distance of 75 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE North, a distance of 154 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE East, a distance of 75 feet to a point in <br /> the West Boundary Line of lOth N.E.; <br /> THENCE South, with the West Boundary Line of lOth <br /> N.E., a distance of 154 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
