ORDINANCE N0. 89-020 AN ORDINANCE CLOSING A PORTION OF OWNBY AVENUE BEGINNING AT THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF NORTH MAIN STREET; THENCE WEST 121 FEET TO THE WEST BOUNDARY LISOITYHORFNEEDI OF SAID ISTREETTHPROVIDING PARIS; DECLARING NO NECES FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JUNE 12, 1989. WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attentbeginri ng Cthity Council of the City of Paris, that Ownby 2hence West 121 feet to West Boundary Line of North Main Street; the West Boundary Line of the Fairview Addition to the City of Paris, is of no use as a street to the City of Paris or to its citizens, said street never having as a public street, and the City Council so finds; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That Ownby Avenue beginning at the West Boundary Line of North Niain Street; Thence West 121 feet to the West Bounciary Line of the Fairview Addition to the City of Paris, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West Boundary Line of North Main Street, being the Southeast corner of ~0 o f e°to t ae point1e sa dd lpointt bei g Cthe of Paris, Thence 1 Southwest corner of Block 6 of said addition; Thence South 40 Thence feet to the Northwest corner of Block 7 of said additiori; East 122 feet to a point in the West Boundary Line of North Main Street, said paint also neia g Northerly direction rwithB the West said addition; Thence Boundary Line of North Main Street approximately 40 feet to the place of beginning, also being known as a part of Lot 12, City Block 251, is hereby closed.
