<br />T <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the following Certificates of Appropriateness: <br /> <br />Northwest corner of Clarksville Street and 6th Street S.E. - Winkleman <br />& Associates (Window materials) The Commission approved at its last <br />meeting various items with the stipulation that a couple of items come <br />back-one being window materials and the other being the canopy <br />signage. Motion was made to approve by Barbara Wilson, seconded by <br />Sue Lancaster. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Northwest corner of Clarksville Street and 6th Street S.E. - Winkleman <br />& Associates (Signage) Motion was made to approve by Paul Denney, <br />seconded by Sue Lancaster. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />208 S. Main Street - Pat Crabtree. Pat Crabtree stated that he would like <br />to tear off the add on at the back of the building and add a 10' x 20' <br />masonite room. He plans to eventually put in garage doors to match <br />those on the front of the building. Pat will come back before the <br />Commission with a sketch of proposed changes for a deck on the front <br />of the building. Motion was made to approve by Paul Denney, <br />seconded by Barbara Wilson. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />21 S. Plaza - DeAnna Roberts. Lisa Wright read a letter from the <br />Truby's confirming their support of the proposed work by the Roberts <br />and their commitment to historic preservation as owner of the <br />property. Barbara Wilson stated that the mothballing should be subject <br />to a 1 year renewal. Motion to approve the COA was made by Paul <br />Denney, seconded by Sue Lancaster. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on awarding a facade grant. Motion <br />to award the facade grant was made by Sue Lancaster, seconded <br />by Jerry Richey. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />136 Clarksville Street - Lyn's Food Mart. Alex Pickering with Scott's <br />Custom Signs presented proposed colors for the sign. <br /> <br />Paul Denney left the meeting at 12:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve by Jerry Raper, seconded by Becki <br />Norment. Alex Pickering will get with Lisa Wright regarding the colors. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />Receipt of report from the Historic Preservation Officer. Lisa Wright handed <br />out the attached report. Jerry Raper requested that the concrete planters be <br />removed. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />I <br />
