<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 89-041 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF' THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERNIIT-NIUBILE HOME ON LOT <br /> 6-A, CITY BLOCK 161-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CHARLIE POMROY, <br /> JR., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A <br /> TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLIPIG DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT'-MOFiILE HON1E SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI'TY CUUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT-MOBILE HOME, be, and the same is hereby established on LOT <br /> 6-A, CITY BLOCK 161-A, on property belonging to CHARLIE POMROY, <br /> JR., so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3 <br /> (SF-3) ANll SPECIFIC USE YLRMIT-MOBILE HOME the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as a TWU FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the <br /> boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME, be, and the same are hereby <br /> established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and <br /> being Lot 6-A, City Block 161-A in the City of Paris, <br /> Lamar County, Texas, and more particularly described as <br /> follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the North <br /> Boundary Line of Jackson Street with the East Boundary <br /> Line of S.E. 5th Street; <br /> THENCE North with the East Boundary Line of S.E. <br /> 5th Street, 75 teet to a point; <br /> THENCE East, 230 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE South, 73.5 feet to a point in the North <br /> Boundary Line of Jackson Street; <br /> THENCE West with the North Boundary Line of <br /> Jackson Street, 230 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. A11 ardinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
