<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 89-050 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE <br /> DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 6-A, CITk BLOCK 227-D, ON PROPERTY BELONGING <br /> TO PAT' N'iURPHY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITOKY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT' (2F); AND <br /> DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF' THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT <br /> (NS) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE T?IS'I'RIC7' (NS), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on LOT 6-A, CITY BLOCK 227-D, on property belonging <br /> to YAT MURPHY, so as to include in such NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE <br /> DISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was <br /> formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT (LF), and that the boundaries of said NEIGHBORHOUD <br /> SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same are hereby established as <br /> follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and <br /> being Lot 6-A, City Blo<:k 227-D, located at 519 20th <br /> Street N.E, and being more particularly described as <br /> follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a poirlt in the West Boundary Line of <br /> 20th N.E.; said point being South 61.33 feet from the <br /> South Boundary line of Booth Street and being the <br /> northeast corner of Lot 6-A, City Block 227-D; <br /> THENCE; South, along the West Boundary line of 20th <br /> N.E., a distance of 61 feet to a point, the Southeast <br /> corner of said Lot 6-A; <br /> THENCE West, 150 feet to a point, the Southwest <br /> corner of said Lot 6-A; <br /> THENCE North, 61 feet to a point, the Northwest <br /> corner of said Lot 6-A; <br /> Thence East, 150 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisior;s of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br /> Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, <br /> in regular session convened, in t o ncil Room, City Hall, <br /> Paris, Texas, on this the llth da of ember, 1989. <br /> <br /> Eric S.
