ORDINANCE N0. 88-001 AN ORUINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF TYE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TERAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A CONiMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON TRACT I OF LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 328, AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ( PDb ) ON TRACT I I OF LOT 2, C ITY BLOCK 328, ON PROPERTY LELONGING TO JAKE STREET; SO AS TQ INCLIJDE THERF.IN TERRITORY FOR_N:ERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES GF THE COMMEIZCIAL DISTP.ICT (C) AND THE PLANNED DEVELOPMEPIT UISTRICT - HOUSING DEVELOPMF.NT (PDb) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: 5ection l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMEFcCIAi, DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is hereby established on TRACT I OF LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 328, and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING DEVELOPMENT (PDb), be, and the same is hereby established on TRACT II UF LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 328, each on property belonging to JAKE STREET, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) and PLANNED DEVEI,OPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING DEVELOPMENT (PDb), the hereinafter described property, which was fermerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILx DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DI51°RICT (C) and PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING DEVELOPMENT (PDb), be, and the same are hereby establ_ished as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and beine described as follows: TRACT I A tract of land in the Isaac Cruise Survey A--162, Lamar County, Texas, and being more par- ticularly described as follows: BF.GINNING at a 3/8" spike na.il set in the East Boundary Line of Loop Hwy. 286 for the 5outhwest Corner, being a distance of 64 feet from Hwy, P. C. Sta. 132+31.8; THENCE North along the Fast Boundary Line of Loop Hwy. 286 a di-stance of 417.10 feet to a concrete monument at Hwy. Sta. 127+50 for a point; THENCE North along the East Boundary Line of Loop Hwy. 286 a distance of 753.85 feet to a 3/8" spike nail for a corner being the Southwest corner of a 0.936 acre tract of land described in a deed from Vergil McFadden et ux to Car Land and Cattle Co., dateci August l, 1986, recorded in Vol. 699, Page 315, of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; THENCF Northeast a distance of 263.89 feet to a 1/2" iron pipe for a corner; 1'HENCE South a distance of 149.68 feet to a point; THENCE East a distance of 46.11 feet to a point;
