<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 88-004 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID <br /> ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; <br /> REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br /> HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF iARCH 1, <br /> 1988. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1710 of the <br /> Citv of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows: <br /> "Section 2. That the zoning herein granted <br /> is conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan <br /> in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No. <br /> 1710, which after full compliance with the <br /> procedure established in Section 21 of said <br /> Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City <br /> Council prior to the issuance of any buiZding <br /> permits. The site plan, including the drainage <br /> plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved as <br /> to Lot 9-A, City Block 331, as being only part of <br /> the property required in such plat plans." <br /> Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 3.
