ORDINANCE N0. $8-•026 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 229, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MRS. JACK THOMPSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City ot Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOVILE HOME (39), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 229, on property belonging to MRS. JACK THOMPSON, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3 (SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within. the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 5, City Block 229 in the City of Paris located at 546 13th S.W. and more partic- ularly described as: Beginning at a point in the west boundary line of 13th S.W., said point being 291 feet south of the south boundary line of West Sherman Street and said points being the northeast corner of said Lot 5, City Block 229; Thence southerly along the west boundary line of 13th S.W., a distance of 125 feet to a point, the southeast corner of said Lot 5; Thence westerly a distance of 190 feet to a point, the Southwest corner of said Lot 5; Thence northerly a distance of 125 feet to a point, the northeast corner of said Lot 5; Thence easterly a distance of 203 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
