ORDINANCE N0. 88-027 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49) ON Part of Lot 1-A, City Block 306, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO NORMAN MONTGOMERY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Urdinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same is hereby established on Part of Lot 1-A, City Block 306, on property belonging to NORMAN MONTGOMERY, so as to include in such COr1MERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a COrIMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Being part of Lot 1-A, City Block 306 and being part of a 5.776 acre tract of land as conveyed Finn Corporation by deed recorded in Vol. 691, Page 167, of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas and more particularly described as folows : Beginning at a point in the east boundary line of North Main Street (U.S. Highway 271) said point being the most westerly, southwest corner of said 5.776 acre tract; Thence northerly along the east boundary line of North Main Street with a curve to the left with a radius of 3,864.7187 feet a distance of 91.8 feet; Thence N. 1° 57' E., along the east boundary line of North Main Street, a distance of 83.2 feet to a point for corner; Thence N. 89° 17' E., a distance of 165 feet to a point for corner; Therice S. 2° 21' W. , a distance of 175 feet to a point for corner; Thence S. 89° 17' W., a distance of 165 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinaxlce. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
