The COA is on today's agenda <br />for formal approval. Also, THC has <br />reviewed photos of the building and has <br />made recommendations on how to avoid <br /> <br />Sent courtesy letter requesting owner to <br />secure the windows and doors. Owner has <br />since responded by filing a COA; however, <br />it did not include all the required information. <br />I sent a follow-up letter requesting additional <br />information to place the item on the agenda. <br />Although the owner responded, he still did <br />not include all the necessary information. A <br />questionnaire has been sent to the owner <br />requesting specific information with regard <br />to materials and colors.
