<br />WHEREAS, as of September 30, 2005, ARCHITEXAS has completed Phase I of the <br />updated historic resource survey for the downtown commercial district and has submitted its <br />proposal for Phase II to update the survey with regard to residential historic resources; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate that the City Manager be authorized to execute the <br />professional services agreement with ARCHITEXAS for Phase II of the updated historic resource <br />survey, under the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto; NOW, <br />THEREFO RE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things <br />approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, <br />on behalf of the City of Paris, a professional services agreement with ARCHITEXAS, upon such <br />terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br /> <br />Section 3.
