<br /> OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ON LOTS 3 AND 3A, CITY BLOCK 126, ON
<br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO D. LOIS STQCKER, SO AS TO INCLUDE
<br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTI-FAMILY
<br /> DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING THF.
<br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br /> BE IT OR.DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

<br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
<br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
<br /> and that an OFFICE DISTRICT (0), be, and the same is hereby
<br /> established on LOTS 3 AND 3A, CITY BLOCK 126, on property
<br /> belonging to D. LOIS STOCKER, so as to include i.n such
<br /> OFFICE DISTRICT (0) the her.einafter described property,
<br /> which was formerly and is presently dPSignated as a
<br /> MULTI-FAr?ILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-I), and that the
<br /> boundaries of said OFFICE DISTRICT (0), Ue, and. the same are
<br /> hereby established as follows:
<br /> TRACT ONE
<br /> Situated withi_n the corporatP ].?mits of the
<br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
<br /> Texas, and being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey,
<br /> and being a lot 60x97 f_eet oft the South end of a
<br /> lot described in deed from Union Investment
<br /> Company to George M. Price dated May 15, 1906,
<br /> recorded in Book 121, Page 294, Deed Records of
<br /> Lamar County, Texas: 55.97 feet of this lot was
<br /> deeded by Corrinna W. Price to Cora Lee Stockey
<br /> and R. G. Stockey on March 17, 1919, by deed
<br /> recorded in Book 178, Page 160, Deed Records of
<br /> Lamar County, Texas, and the additional 5x97 feet
<br /> now deeded is off the South end of the homestead
<br /> of Corrinna W. Price; described by metes and
<br /> bounds as foll.ows:
<br /> BEGINNING at a stake at the SE corner of said
<br /> original lot in the WB line of Division, or 15th
<br /> Street;
<br /> THENCE NORTH with the WB line of Division
<br /> Street and. the EB line of said Lot 60 feet, a.
<br /> stake;
<br /> THENCE WEST 97 feet, a stake in the WB line
<br /> of said original lot;
<br /> THENCE SOUTH with the W'B line of said
<br /> original lot 60 feet, a stake at its SW corner;
<br /> THENCE EAST with the WB line of said Lot 97
<br /> to the p.lace of beginning, and being the same
<br /> property described in deed from Corrinna W. Price
<br /> et al to Frank H. Murphy and wife, Ruth Jones
<br /> Murphy, dated July 17, 1934, recorded in Book 235,
<br /> Page 597, Deed R.ecords of Lamar County, Texas.

<br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the
<br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
<br /> Texas, and being a part af the Asa Jarman Survey
<br /> within the corporate limits of the City of Paris,
