ORDINANCE N0. 87-014 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON I.OT 10, CITY BLOCK 223, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DUDLEY ESTATE, AND ON LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 223, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DAVID GLASS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THERETN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED A5 A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby,changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is hereby established on LCT 10, CITY BLQCK 223, on property belonging to DUDLEY ESTATE, and on LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 223, on property belonging to DAVID GLASS, so as to include in such COMMERCIAI. DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a GENERAL RETAIL DISTR.ICT (GR) , and that the bourdaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: TRACT ONE: Situated within the carporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 10, City Block 223, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the South Boiandary Line of Lamar Avernxe, said point being East a distance of 106 feet f_rom the East Boundary Line of 19th S.E. and being the Northwest corner of said Lot 10; THENCE East with the South Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue a distance of 89 feet to a point, the Northeast corner of said Lot 10; THENCE South a distance of 205 feet to a point, the Southeast corner of said Lot 10; THENCE West a distance of 89 feet to a point, the Southwest corner of said Lot 10; THENCE North a distance of 205 feet to the place of beginning. TRACT TW0: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 12, City Block 223, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the South Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue with the West Boundarv ?,ine of 20th S.E., said point being the Northeast corner of Lot 12; THENCE South with the West Boundary Line of 20th S.E. a distance of 250 feet to a point, the Southeast corner of said Lot 12; THENCE West a distance of 100 feet to a point, the Southwest corner of said Lot 12; THENCE North a distance of 250 feet to a point in the South Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue, said point being the Northwest corner of said Lot 12;
