<br />			     	ONF   	FAMILY  DWELLING   	DISTRICT   	N0.   	1(SF-1)   	ON  LOT   	20,   	CITY
<br />			     	BLUCK  312,   	ON  PROPERTY  BELONGING  TO  WILLIAM  de  G.  HAYDEN,   	SO
<br />			    	AS  TO  INCLUDE  THEREIN  TERRITOR.Y  FORMERLY  DESIGNATED  AS  A  ONE
<br />			     	FAMILY  DWELLING  DISTRICT  N0.   	2(SF-2);   	AND   	DESIGNATING  THE
<br />			     	BOUNDARIES  OF  THE  QNE  FAMILY  DWELLING  DISTRICT  N0.   	1(SF-1)

<br />						Section   	l.    	That   	the  boundari-es  heretofore   	established
<br />			    	by   	the   	Zoning   	Map   	and   	Ordinance   	No.   	1710   	of   	the   	City   	of
<br />			    	Paris,   	Paris,   	Texas,   	be,   	and   	the   	same   	are   	hereby   	changed,
<br />			     	and   	that   	a   	QNE   	FAMILY   	DWELLING  DISTRICT  N0.   	1(SF-1),   	be,
<br />			     	and   	the   	same   	is   	hereby   	established   	on   	LOT   	20,   	CITY   	BLOCK
<br />			     	312,   	on  property  belonging  to  WILLIAM  de  G.   	HAYDEN,   	so  as  to
<br />			     	include   	in   	such   	ONE   	FAMILY   	DWELLING   	DISTRICT   	N0.   	1(SF-1)
<br />			     	the  hereinafter   	described.  property,   	which  was   	formerly   	and
<br />			     	is   	presently   	designated   	as   	a   	ONE   	FAMILY   	DWELLING   	DISTRICT
<br />			    	N0.   	2(SF-2),   	and   	that   	the   	boundaries   	of   	said   	ONE   	FAMILY
<br />			    	DWELLING  DISTRICT  N0.   	1(SF-1),   	be,   	and  the  same  are  hereby
<br />			     	established  as  follows:

<br />						City   	of   	Paris,    	County   	of   	Lamar,    	and   	State   	of
<br />						Texas,    	and   	being    	two    	tracts    	of    	land    	further
<br />						described  as  follows:

<br />						 	A  part  of  the  Joseph  Leach  Survey  and  of  the
<br />						3.673    	acre    	tract    	of    	land    	conveyed   	by   	Dowell
<br />				     	Naylor,   	Jr.   	and  wife,   	Ollie  K.   	Naylor,   	to   	George
<br />						E.  Antonirie  on  March  16,   	1956,   	by  deed  recorded  in
<br />						Book  348,  Page  340,   	Lamar  County  Deed  P.ecords,   	and
<br />						of   	the   	tract   	of   	land   	conveyed  by  Rolly  R.   	Jordan
<br />						and  wife,  Alva  Lee  Jordan,   	to  George  E.  Antonie  on
<br />						October  9,   	1957,  by  deed  filed  for  record  with  the
<br />						County  Clerk  of  Lamar  County  on  September  8,   	1960,
<br />						at   	3:30   	p.m.,   	described   	by   	metes   	and   	bounds   	as
<br />						follows   	in  accordance  with  a  survey  made  by  R.   	G.
<br />						Berry,   	Registered   	PUblic   	Surveyor,   	on   	August   	29,
<br />						1960,   	as   	shown   	by   	plat   	and   	filed   	notes   	of   	such
<br />						survey   	filed   	for   	record  with   	the   	County  Clerk   	of
<br />				     	Lamar  County  on  September  8,   	1960,   	at  3:30  p.m.;
<br />						 	BEGINNING   	at    	the   	NW   	corner   	of   	the   	above
<br />				     	mentioned   	Naylor-Antoine   	tract   	o.f   	land,   	which   	is
<br />						also  the  NE  corner  of  the  3.673  acre  tract  of  land
<br />						conveyed  by   	Charles   	B.   	Gibson   	and  wife,   	Vernelle
<br />						Idelle  Gibson,   	to  J.E.   	Guthrie  and  wife,   	Peggy  C.
<br />				     	Guthrie,   	on  June  15,   	1957  by  deed  recorded  in  Book
<br />						353,  Page  569,  Lamar  County  Deed  Records;
<br />						 	THENCE  5outh  with  Guthrie's  EB  line  200  feet,
<br />						a  stake;
<br />						 	THENCE  North  75"  E  across  said  Naylor-Antonie
<br />						tract   	of   	land   	and   	continuing   	on   	the   	same   	course
<br />						and  additional  10  feet,   	in  all  143.3  feet,   	a  stake
<br />						in  the  WB  line  of  a  road  known  as  Cardinal  Lane;
<br />						 	THENCE   	North   	with   	the   	WB   	line   	of   	said   	road
<br />						200   	feet,   	a   	stake   	in   	the   	NB   	line   	of   	the   	above
<br />				     	mentioned  Jordan-Antonie  tract  of  land;
<br />						 	THENCE   	with   	its   	NB   	line   	and   	the   	NB   	line   	of
<br />						the   	Naylor-Antonie   	tract   	of   	land   	S   	75°   	E   	143.3
<br />						feet  to  the  place  of  beginning.
