<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 87-024 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENVING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHEU BY THE ZONING NiAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 20, BLOCK 4, GIBBONS PARK <br /> ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO SUSAN NiYERS, SO AS TO <br /> INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMFRLY BESIGNATED AS A TWO <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUND- <br /> ARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a ONE FAr1ILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERNIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on LOT 20, BLOCK 4, GIBBONS PARK <br /> ADDITION, on property belonging to SUSAN MYERS, so as to <br /> include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) <br /> AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that <br /> the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3 <br /> ( SF- 3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and <br /> the same are hereby estabiished as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being Lot 20, Block 4, Gibbons Park <br /> Addition as shown on plat of said addition filed <br /> for rPCOrd in Plat Records, Lamar County, Texas. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
