ORDINANCE N0. 87-025 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHAIN'GING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) ON LOT 5-A, CITY BLOCK 316, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO G. R. MILLSAP, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO 2(SF-2); CONDITIONED ON BOTH EXISTING STRUCTURES BEING ON CITY SEWER SERVICE; AND UESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 5-A, CITY BLOCK 316, on property belonging to G. R. MILLSAP, so as to include in such TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) the herPinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY Dti'ELLING DISTRICT NO 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), be, and the same are hereby established as fallows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot S-A, City Block 316 and further described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the East boundary line of 31st N.E., said point being the Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed B. A. Davis, by Walter N. Lewis and wife, by deed recorded in Vol. 212, Page 152 of the Lamar County Deed Records and said point also being the Northwest corner of Lot 5-A, City Block 316; THENCE S 89° 39' E a distance of 305 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 5-A; THENCE South a distance of 71 feet to a point, the Southeast corner of said Lot 5-A; THEnTCE N89° 39' W, a distance of 305 feet to a point in the East boundary line of 31st N.E. Street, the Southwest corner of said Lot 5-A; THENCE North along the East boundary line of 31st N.E., a distance of 71 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Or.dinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance conditioned on both existing structures being on city sewer service. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
