ORDINANCE N0. 87-028 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ON LOT 1-B, CITY BLOCK 109, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ABBCOS, INC., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRI- TORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED A5 A rNLTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a OFFICE DISTRICT (0) , be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 1-B, CITY BLOCK 109, on property belong- ing to ABBCOS, INC., so as to include in such OFFICE DISTRICT (0) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a MULTI-FANIILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), and that the boundaries of said OFFICE DISTRICT (0), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey in City Block 109 and further described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of 6th S. E. Street (formerly Birmingham [25th] Street) and Austin Street; THENCE East with the NB line of Austin Street, 149 feet, more or less to the SW corner of the Neathery Lot; THENCE North with the WB line of said lot 150 feet to the NW corner of said Neathery lot; THENCE West with the SB line of Fort Street (formerly an alley) 149 feet, more or less, to the intersection of Fort and 6th S.E. Street; THENCE South with the EB line of said 6th S.E. Street, 150 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompan-uring the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. A11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereb;T expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance sha11 become effective immediately upon passage.
