<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
<br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
<br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br /> COMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOTS l, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,
<br /> 129 13, 14, AND THE SOUTH PART OF LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 182, ON
<br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, SO AS TO INCLUDE
<br /> THERF.IN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTI-FAMILY
<br /> DWELLING DIS'rRICT N0. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUND-
<br /> ARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:

<br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretotore established
<br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
<br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
<br /> and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is
<br /> hereby established on LOTS 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 109 11, 12, 139
<br /> 14, ANli THE SOUTH PART OF LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 182„ on
<br /> property belonging to FIF.ST BAPTIST CHURCH, so as to include
<br /> in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described
<br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as
<br /> a MULTI-FAM~LY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), and that the
<br /> boU.ndaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same
<br /> are hereby established as follows:
<br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the
<br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
<br /> Texas, and being Lots l, 2, 39 7, 8, 9, 109 11,
<br /> 12, 13, 14, and the South part of Lot 5, City
<br /> Block 182, and further described as follows;
<br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the East
<br /> boundary line of 3rd S.E. with the North boundary
<br /> line of East Austin Street, said point being the
<br /> Southwest corner of Lot 1, City Block 182;
<br /> THENCE North with the East boundary line of
<br /> 3rd S.E., a distance of 233 feet to the Northwest
<br /> corner of Lot 3, City Block 182;
<br /> THENCE East with the North line of said Lot
<br /> 3, City Block 182 and its eastward extension a
<br /> distance of 397 feet to the Northwest corner of
<br /> Lot 7, City Block 182;
<br /> THENCE South with the east line of said Lot
<br /> 7, and with the east line of Lot 8, City Block
<br /> 182, a distance of 101 feet to the North line of
<br /> Lot 12, City Block 182;
<br /> THENCE East with the North line of Lots 12,
<br /> 13 and 14, City Block 182 a distance of 117 feet
<br /> more or less to the Northeast corner of Lot 14,
<br /> City Block 182;
<br /> THENCE South with the East line of said Lot
<br /> 14, City Block 182, a distance of 144 feet to a
<br /> point in the North boundary line of East Austin
<br /> Street, said point being the Southeast corner of
<br /> said Lot 14;
<br /> THENCE West with the North boundary line of
<br /> East Austin Street, a distance of 522 feet more or
<br /> less to the place of: beginning.
<br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
<br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
<br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
<br /> wifih the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
<br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of this ordinance.
<br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
<br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
