ORDINANCE N0. 87_011 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) ON LOT 14, CITY BLOCK 297, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CAMP$ELL SOUP (TEXAS), INC., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 14, CITY BLOCK 297, on property belonging to CAMPBELL SOUP (TEXAS), INC., so as to include in such LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated withiri the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being contiguous to the City Limit Line of the City of Paris as heretofore established by Ordinance Nos. 1569 and 1617; BEGINNING at a point in the North Right of Way Line of Loop Highway 286 N.W., said point being in the East Boundary Line of the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company Right of Way, said point being the South West Corner of a 4.89 acre tract of land conveyed Reuben M. Ginsberg by deed dated August 10, 1971, recorded Vol. 528, Page 826, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; THENCE in a Westerly direction with said North Right of Way Line of Loop Highway 286 N.W., 110 feet, more or less, to a point, being the South East Corner of the Campbell Soup Company property, said point being the South East Corner of a 20.987 acre tract of land purchased by Campbell Soup Company from Paris, Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc.; THENCE in a Westerly direction with the North Right of Way Line of Loop Highway 286 to the South West Corner of the Campbell Soup Company property, also being the South West Corner of a 26.326 acre tract purchased by Campbell Soup Company from Smith; THENCE North 0 Degrees 24 Minutes East with the West Boundary Line of said Smith tract 1042 feet to a point, said point being in the South Boundary Line of a 6 acre tract purchased by Campbell Soup Company from Holley; THENCE South 89 Degrees 30 Minutes East, a distance of 389 feet with said Holley South Boundary Line to the South East Corner of said Holley tract; THENCE North 1 Degree East a distance of 1229,6 feet to the most Westerly North West Corner of a 35.532 acre tract purchased by Campbell Soup Company from Council; THEr1CE North 89 Degrees 30 Minutes East, 577 feet to an ell corner in said 35.532 acre tract;
