<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. $7-046 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZQNING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 13, CITY BLOCK 220, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO W.M. HOUSE, JR., J. W. HARRISON AND <br /> ROBERT E. PIERSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br /> FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. <br /> 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on LOT 13, CITY BLOCK 220, on property <br /> belonging to W.M. HOUSE, JR., J. W. HARRISON AND ROBERT E. <br /> PIERSON, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) <br /> the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and <br /> is presently designated as a MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> N0. 1(MF-1), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT (C), be, and the same are hereby established as <br /> follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the George W. Cox <br /> Survey and being a part of a tract of land con- <br /> veyed Joe Dillard by deed recorded in Vol. 204, <br /> page 410, of the Deed Records of said County and <br /> State. <br /> BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the South <br /> Boundary line of Price Street at the Northeast <br /> corner of said Dillard tract of land; <br /> THENCE South 1° East a distance of 247 feet <br /> to a stake for corner at the Southeast corner of <br /> said tract of land; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 197 feet to a stake <br /> for corner at the most Southerly Southwest corner <br /> of said Dillard tract of land; <br /> THENCE North a distance of 247 feet to a <br /> stake for corner at the most Northerly Northwest <br /> corner of said tract of land; <br /> THENCE East along the South boundary line of <br /> Price Street a distance of 193 feet to the place <br /> of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map af the City oil Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> coriflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
