ORDINANCE N0. $7-046 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZQNING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 13, CITY BLOCK 220, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO W.M. HOUSE, JR., J. W. HARRISON AND ROBERT E. PIERSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 13, CITY BLOCK 220, on property belonging to W.M. HOUSE, JR., J. W. HARRISON AND ROBERT E. PIERSON, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the George W. Cox Survey and being a part of a tract of land con- veyed Joe Dillard by deed recorded in Vol. 204, page 410, of the Deed Records of said County and State. BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the South Boundary line of Price Street at the Northeast corner of said Dillard tract of land; THENCE South 1° East a distance of 247 feet to a stake for corner at the Southeast corner of said tract of land; THENCE West a distance of 197 feet to a stake for corner at the most Southerly Southwest corner of said Dillard tract of land; THENCE North a distance of 247 feet to a stake for corner at the most Northerly Northwest corner of said tract of land; THENCE East along the South boundary line of Price Street a distance of 193 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map af the City oil Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in coriflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
