That the sum of $1,178,175.00 is hereby appropriated out of the Water and Sewer Revenue Bond Furid for the purpose of paying accrued interest and making the principal payments as the same mature on the Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, and creating the prescribed contingent and reserve fund therefor. Section 5. That the sum of $99,045.00 is hereby appropriated out of the Revenue Sharing Fund for the payment of operating expenses and Capital Outlay of the City Govern- ment, as hereinafter itemized: PUBLIC SAFETY Police $ 99,045.00 Sub-total $ 99,045.00 Total Appropriations $ 99,045.00 Section 6. That the sum of $77,500.00 is hereby authorized out of the Airport Revenue for the payment of operating expenses and capital outlay of the Airport Depart- ment, as hereinafter itemized: AIRPORT: Cox Field Airport $ 77,500.00 Total $ 77,500.00 Section 8. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 9.
