<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. $7^054 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL DISTRICT (PD-a) ON LOT 13, CITY <br /> BLOCK 296, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO TERRELL BOYD, SO AS TO <br /> INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A PLANNED <br /> DEVELOPMENT-OFFICE DISTRICT (PD-f); AND DESIGNATING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL DISTRICT (PD-a) <br /> SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL DISTRICT (PD-a), be, <br /> and the same is hereby established on LOT 13, CITY BLOCK <br /> 296, on property belonging to TERRELL BOYD, so as to include <br /> in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL DISTRICT (PD-a) the <br /> hereinaf_ter described property, which was formerly and is <br /> presently designated as a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-OFFICE <br /> DISTRICT (PD-f), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED <br /> DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL DISTRICT (PD-a), be, and the same are <br /> hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits ot the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the Joseph Leach <br /> Survey, and located on the N side of Lamar Avenue <br /> (U.S. Highway No. 82) about 12 miles East of the <br /> Court House, also be.ing a part of a tract of land <br /> conveyed A. G. Mayse from Mary Evans, on August <br /> 19, 1955, of record in Book 343, page 205, Lamar <br /> County Deed Records; <br /> BEGINNING a stake in the N.B.L. of Lamar <br /> Avenue, 60' from C/L at right angles thereto, same <br /> being the present S.E.C. of the Evans to Mayes <br /> tract, and the S.W.C. of the Frank Howard tract; <br /> THENCE NORTH 196 feet an iron pipe for a <br /> corner, same being 30' South of the N.E.C. of the <br /> Evans to Mayse tract; <br /> THENCE WEST 90 feet an iron pipe, the <br /> Southern S.E.C. of Lot 7 in the Rainey Addition <br /> No. 2; <br /> THENCE SOUTH 199 feet to the N.B.L. of Lamar <br /> Avenue; <br /> THENCE with the N.B.L. of Lamar Avenue N 88° <br /> E. 90 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. The site plan of the property herein <br /> re-zoned, a copy of which is filed in the City Clerk's <br /> Off ice, is approved. <br /> Section 3. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
