Immediately upon annexation, the City will furnish police <br /> protection, fire protection and solid waste collection on the same <br /> basis as is offered present residents and land owners within the <br /> city limits. <br /> 2. Sanitary sewer service and water service is available to the <br /> property at the present time. As the property develops, some , <br /> extension of water and sewer mains will be necessary. The expense <br /> of extensions will be the owners responsibility as per City of <br /> Paris development policy. <br /> 3. The City of Paris will maintain all water and sewer mains servicing <br /> the area. <br /> <br /> 4. Street maintenance on F.M. Highway 79 and Loop 286 N.W. are <br /> currently the responsibility of the Texas Department of Highways <br /> and Public Transportation and will continue to be so. Any new <br /> public streets built in the area will be maintained by the City <br /> of Paris. <br /> 5. Street lighting is the responsibility of the City of Paris and <br /> will be provided to the area on the same basis as is provided for <br /> other areas within the City Limits. Request for street lights <br /> are submitted to the City Manager's office for investigation of <br /> need in accordance with approved policy. <br /> 6. There are no parks, playgrounds or swimming pools within the area <br /> proposed to be annexed and none are proposed at the present time. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br />
