<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 87-064 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AI4ENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL <br /> SALES (49) ON LOT 10-A, CITY BLOCK 313, ON PROPERTY <br /> BELONGING TO GARY NASH, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br /> FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COM.MERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND <br /> DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) <br /> AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on LOT 10-A, CITY BLOCK 313, on property <br /> belonging to GARY NASH, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49) <br /> the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and <br /> is presently designated as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and <br /> that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same <br /> are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being all that certain tract or parcel <br /> of land situated about 3 miles East from the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a <br /> part of the Joseph Leach Survey Abst. No. 524, <br /> also being a part of a 34.34 acre tract of land <br /> described as 3rd tract in a Deed of Trust in Vol. <br /> 108, Page 165, of the Deed af Trust Records of <br /> said County and State, which is a part of the same <br /> land described in a deed from Charles Manton, et <br /> ux to S. E. Smith on January l, 1902, of record in <br /> Vol. 102, Page 464, and land conveyed to S. E. <br /> Smith by J. G. Marsh.all, January 18, 1902, of <br /> record in Vol. 103, Page 6 of the Deed Records of <br /> said Courity and State and being further described <br /> as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iran pin tor corner in the <br /> South Boundary Line of U. S. Highway $2, said <br /> point being North 89° 35' West a distance of <br /> 628.53 feet from the Northeast corner ot the above <br /> mentioned tract of land; <br /> THENCE South 0° 25' West a distance of 150.0 <br /> feet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE North 89° 35' West a distance of 102.0 <br /> feet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE North 0° 25' East a distance of 150.0 <br /> feet to an iron pin for corner in the South <br /> Boundary Line of U. S. Highway No. 82; <br /> THENCE South 89° 35' East a distance of 102.0 <br /> feet to the place of beginning and containing <br /> 0.351 acre of land, more or less. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompan_ying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br />
