ORDINANCE N0. 87-064 AN ORDINANCE AI4ENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49) ON LOT 10-A, CITY BLOCK 313, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GARY NASH, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COM.MERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 10-A, CITY BLOCK 313, on property belonging to GARY NASH, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being all that certain tract or parcel of land situated about 3 miles East from the City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach Survey Abst. No. 524, also being a part of a 34.34 acre tract of land described as 3rd tract in a Deed of Trust in Vol. 108, Page 165, of the Deed af Trust Records of said County and State, which is a part of the same land described in a deed from Charles Manton, et ux to S. E. Smith on January l, 1902, of record in Vol. 102, Page 464, and land conveyed to S. E. Smith by J. G. Marsh.all, January 18, 1902, of record in Vol. 103, Page 6 of the Deed Records of said Courity and State and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at an iran pin tor corner in the South Boundary Line of U. S. Highway $2, said point being North 89° 35' West a distance of 628.53 feet from the Northeast corner ot the above mentioned tract of land; THENCE South 0° 25' West a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE North 89° 35' West a distance of 102.0 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE North 0° 25' East a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron pin for corner in the South Boundary Line of U. S. Highway No. 82; THENCE South 89° 35' East a distance of 102.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.351 acre of land, more or less. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompan_ying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
