West 15.3 ft. to an iron pin for corner at the present Northwest corner of said Matthiessen tract 1 and the present Northeast corner of tract 2 as conveyed Jack Crenshaw by deed recorded in Vol. 288, Page 212, of said Deed Records, said point also being the Northwest corner of said Farris tract of land; THENCE South 89 Deg. 12 Min. East along the South Boundary Line of E. Price Street a distance of 368.5 ft. to the place of beginning and con- taining 2.857 acres of land. Section 2. That the zoning herein granted is conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No. 1710, which after full compliance with the procedure Pstablished in Section 21 of said Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City Council prior to the issuance of any building permits. Section 3. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Sectian 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 9th day of November, 1987.
