Page 207 of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; THENCE East, across 19th N.W. to said North- west corner of said Henson 7.09 acre tract; THENCE East 312 feet with the North line of said Henson tract to an interior corner of the same; THENCE North 120 feet to the most Easterly Northwest corner of said Henson tract; THENCE East 843 feet to a point in the West line of Lot 1-A, Wright Commercial Addition; THENCE North with the West line of said Lot 1-A, Wright Commercial Addition, 270 feet more or less to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1-A; THENCE East with the North boundary line of said Wright Comr_?.ercial Addition, 730 feet more or less to a point in the preser.t city limit line of the City of Paris and the place of beginning and containing 9.35 acres more or less. Section 2. The above described territory and area so annexed shall be part ot the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and the property so added hereby shall bear its pro rata part af the taxes levied by the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and the inhabitants thereof shall be entitled to all of the rights and privilEges of all the citizens and shall be bound by the acts, ordinances, resolutions and regulations of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas. Section 3. The service plan providing for the extension of municipaZ services into the abave descri.bed territory, attached hereto as Exhibit A, B and C, is hereby approved. Section 4. The above described territory is hereby zoned Agricultural District (A) upon annexation as provided £or in Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas. Section 5. It is hereby declared to be the inten- tion of the City Council of the City of Paris that the sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of this ordinance are severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence paragraph or section of this ordinance shal.l be declared unconstitutional or invalid by the valid judgment or decree of any court of competent jurisdiction, such unconsti- tutionality or ir.validity shall not affect any of the remaining phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs and sections of this ordinance, since the same would have been enacted by the City Council without the incorporation in this ordinance of any unconstitutiorial or invalid phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs or sections. It is further hereby declared to be the intention of the City Council of the City of Paris to exclude any area or areas described in the description of the property to be annexed, which are not within said City's jurisdiction to annex and that such area or areas should be carved out of the description of the property herein described by the valid judgmer_t or decree of any court of competent jurisdiction, in order that such area or areas would not cause this annexation ordinance to be found to be invalid, voidable or void. Section 6. This ordinance shall be published and passed in the manner provided in Article II, Section 7, of the Charter of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas.
