<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 86-009A <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 21, CITY BLOCK 83, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO DANNY EASLEY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are herPby changed, <br /> and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on LOT 21, CITY BLOCK 83, on property <br /> belonging to DANNY EASLEY, so as to include in such ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as <br /> a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the <br /> boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) <br /> AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same <br /> are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being I.ot 21, City Block 83, located at <br /> 561 N.W. lOth Street and more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the West Boundary <br /> Line of N.W. lOth Street, 450 feet more or less <br /> South of the South Boundary Line of West Shiloh <br /> Street; <br /> THENCE West 130 feet to the Northwest corner <br /> of said Lot 21, City Block 83; <br /> THENCE South, 40 feet to the Southwest corner <br /> of said lot; <br /> THENCE East 110 feet to the Southeast corner <br /> of said lot, said point being in the West Boundary <br /> Line of N.W. lOth Street; <br /> THENCE Northeasterly with the West Boundary <br /> Line of N.W. lOth Street, 46 feet more or less to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Sectioti 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
