ORDINANCE N0. 86-011 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 86-010, PASSED ON THE 12TH DAY OF MAY, 1986, PERMITTING TIME FOR REPAIR OF STRUCTURES OTHERWISE DECLARED DILAPIDATED AT 1439 WEST CAMPBELL STREET, LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 232-A, BELONGING TO CHARLIE LESTER, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 17, 1986. WHEREAS, Joe McCollum, Director of Community Develop- ment, appeared before the City Council at its Special Meeting on the 17th day ef May, 1986 and requested that Charlie Lester be permitted to repair and bring into Code compliance the structure heretofore declared to be dilap- idated at 1439 West Campbell Street, Lot 2, City Block 232-A, since he is a new owner who has began repairs being without notice of the necessity of appearing before the City Council at its regular meeting on May 12 when the ordinance declaring the structure at said address to be dilapidated and ordering the removal of the same was passed; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris deems it to be in the best interest of the City of Paris that its citizen, Charlie Lester, be given 90 days to repair and bring into Code requirements the structure at number 1439 West Campbell Street, Lot 2, City Block 232-A; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That 1439 West Campbell Street, Lot 2, City Block 232-A, be removed from the list included in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 86-010 and that it be added to the list that appears in Section 2 of said Ordinance with August 15, 1986 listed thereafter. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on May 17, 1986.
