<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. $6-013 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT l, CITY BLOCK 175-A, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO DANNY BROCKWAY, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) <br /> AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 175-A, on property <br /> belonging to DANNY BROCKWAY, so as to include in such ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) ANB SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as <br /> a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the <br /> boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) <br /> AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the <br /> same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being Lot 1, City Block 175-A and more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the North boundary <br /> line of Grove Street, said paint being the <br /> Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 6 of Harlan <br /> Heights Addition, said point also being 207 feet <br /> West of the West boundary line of 14th N.E. <br /> Street; <br /> THENCE West with the North boundary line of <br /> Grove Street, 60 feet to the Southwest corner of <br /> said Lot 1, City Block 175-A; <br /> THENCE North, 180 feet to the Northwest <br /> corner of said Lot 1, City Block 175-A; <br /> THENCE East, 60 feet to the Northeast corner <br /> of said 1ot; <br /> THENCE South, 180 feet to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
