<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 86-014 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 226, <br /> ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JUDITH R. COBB, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) ; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF <br /> THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the <br /> same is hereby established on LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 226, on <br /> property belonging to JUDITH R. COBB, so as to include in <br /> such NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that <br /> the boundaries of said NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), <br /> be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the George W. Cox <br /> Survey, Abstract No. 164; and being the same <br /> property described in a Deed from Gertrude Wardell <br /> to Jose Somoza and wife, dated November 3, 1969, <br /> recorded in Volume 503, Page 261, Lamar County <br /> Deed Records; <br /> BEGINNING at a galvanized iron fence corner <br /> post found for corner in the West boundary line of <br /> 21st Southeast Street, at the Northeast corner of <br /> said Somoza tract; said point also being 150.0 <br /> feet South from the South boundary line of Simpson <br /> Street; <br /> THENCE South, 297.3 feet along the West <br /> boundary line of 21st Southeast Street to an iron <br /> pin set for corner; <br /> THENCE North 56 degrees 47 minutes West, <br /> 168.9 feet along the North boundary line of <br /> Clarksville Street to an iron pin set ior corner; <br /> THENCE North 00 degrees 28 minutes West, <br /> 204.8 feet to an iron pin set for corner; <br /> THENCE East, 143.0 feet to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> oi the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordina.nce. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
