ORDINANCE N0. 86-014 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 226, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JUDITH R. COBB, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) ; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 226, on property belonging to JUDITH R. COBB, so as to include in such NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the George W. Cox Survey, Abstract No. 164; and being the same property described in a Deed from Gertrude Wardell to Jose Somoza and wife, dated November 3, 1969, recorded in Volume 503, Page 261, Lamar County Deed Records; BEGINNING at a galvanized iron fence corner post found for corner in the West boundary line of 21st Southeast Street, at the Northeast corner of said Somoza tract; said point also being 150.0 feet South from the South boundary line of Simpson Street; THENCE South, 297.3 feet along the West boundary line of 21st Southeast Street to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE North 56 degrees 47 minutes West, 168.9 feet along the North boundary line of Clarksville Street to an iron pin set ior corner; THENCE North 00 degrees 28 minutes West, 204.8 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE East, 143.0 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development oi the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordina.nce. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
