<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0, 86-015 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO <br /> FUEL SALES (49) ON LOT 6-C, CITY BLOCK 315, ON PROPERTY <br /> BELONGING TO D. WAYNE BROWN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT <br /> (GR) ; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL <br /> DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) <br /> SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on LOT 6-C, CITY BLOCK 315, on property <br /> belonging to D. WAYNE BROWN, so as to include in such <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO <br /> FUEL SALES (49) the hereinafter described property, which <br /> was formerly and is presently designated as a GENERAL RETAIL <br /> DISTRICT (GR), and that the boundaries of said GENERAL <br /> RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL <br /> SALES (49), be, and the same are hereby established as <br /> follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being si.tuated about 2 miles East of <br /> the Courthouse, Paris, County of Lamar and State <br /> of Texas, part of a 7.256 acre tract of land <br /> conveyed High Anthony by Peggy Scott in Volume <br /> 450, Page 172; and being further described as <br /> follows: <br /> COMMENCING at an iron pin found for corner at <br /> the intersection of the North Boundary Line of U. <br /> S. Highway No. 82 and the East Boundary Line of <br /> the above mentioned 7.256 acre tract of land, said <br /> point being the Southeast corner of said tract, <br /> said point also being in a curve to the left <br /> having a radius of 3869.8 feet; <br /> THENCE Westerly with said North Line and said <br /> curve to the left having a long chord bearing <br /> South 84 Degrees 24 Minutes West 159.99 feet an <br /> arc distance of 160.00 feet to a found iron pin <br /> for the place of beginning for this tract; <br /> THENCE Westerly with said North Line and said <br /> curve to the right having a long chord bearing <br /> South 81 Degrees 47 Minutes West 140.00 feet, an <br /> arc distance of 140.01 feet to an iron pin for <br /> corner; <br /> THENCE North 0 Degrees 52 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 300 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE North 82 Degrees 31 Minutes East a <br /> distance of 140 fePt to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE South 0 Degrees 52 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 300 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br />
