<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. $6-018 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TE}S.AS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 74-D, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO CLYDF BEACHAM, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A CONIMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE <br /> FAYiILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE FERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 74-D, on property <br /> belonging to CLYDE BEACHAM, so as to include in such ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as <br /> a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and that the boundaries of said <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT - MbBILE HOME (39), be, and the same are hereby <br /> established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being Lot 8, City Block 74-D, and more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the West Boundary <br /> Line of 3rd Northeast, said point being South <br /> 188.0 feet from the South Boundary I.ine of Santa <br /> Fe Street ar.d being the Northeast corner of said <br /> Lot 8; <br /> THENCE South with the west Boundary Line of <br /> 3rd Northeast, a distance of 43 feet to a point <br /> for the Southeast corner of said Lot 8; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 127 feet to the <br /> Southwest corner of said Lot 8; <br /> THENCE North a distance of 43 feet to the <br /> Northwest corner of said Lot 8; <br /> THENCE East, a distance of 127 feet to the <br /> place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City.of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordiilance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
