ORDINANCE N0. 86-021 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PAKIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 70-C, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO 3ERRY L. HANING, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (LF); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 70-C, on property belonging to JERRY L. HANING, so as to include in such NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the I. Davis Survey; BEGIDINING at the Northeast intersection of 12th Street Northeast and Pine Bluff Street, (heretofore called llth Street by error); THENCE North with the E.B. line of 12th Street Northeast 197.5 feet to the S.W. corner of a lot owned by Mrs. Flora Evans; THENCE East with the S.B. line of said Evans lot 120 feet stake; THENCE North with the EB line of said Evans lot 75 feet a stake; THENCE East with the Melvin Davis S. B. line 60 feet a stake; THENCE South 273 feet to the S.B. line of Pine Bluff Street; THENCE with the S.B. line of said Pine Bluff Street 179 f_ePt to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinarice. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinarice shall become effective immediately upon passage.
