D. MCCOOL, OR EITHER OF THEM, ON LOT 5, CITY Bi,OCK 133, <br /> ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MARY MCCOOL, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MUI.TI-FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1)-; AND DESIGNATING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) <br /> AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), LIMITED TO THE <br /> RESIDENTIAL USE OF ONE NiOBILE HOME OWNED AND OCCUPIED ONLY <br /> BY MARY MCCOOL AND J. D. MCCOOL, OR EITHER OF THEM, SO <br /> ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section I. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), LIMITED TO THE <br /> RESIDENTIAL USE OF ONE NIOBILE HOME OWNED AND OCCUPIED ONLY <br /> BY MARY MCCOOL AND J. D. MCCOOL, OR EITHER OF THEM, be, and <br /> the same is hereby established on LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 133, on <br /> property belonging to MARY MCCOOL, so as to include in such <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT - r10BILE HOME (39), LIMITED TO THE RESIDENTIAL USE OF <br /> ONE MOBILE HOME OWNED AND OCCUPIED ONLY BY MARY MCCOOL AND <br /> J. D. MCCQOL, OR EITHER OF THEM, the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as <br /> a MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), and that the <br /> boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) <br /> AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), LIMITED TO THE <br /> RESIDENTIAL USE OF ONE MOBILE HOME OWNED AND OCCUPIED ONLY <br /> BY MARY MCCOOL AND J. D. MCCOOL, OR EITHER OF THEM, be, and <br /> the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being Lot 5, City Block 133 and being <br /> more particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary <br /> Line of West Sherman Street, said point being 553 <br /> feet in a Westerly direction from the West <br /> Boundary Line of 7th S.W. and being the Northeast <br /> corner of said Lot 5; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 186 feet to a <br /> point, the Southeast corner of said Lot 5; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 50 feet to a point, <br /> the Southwest corner of said Lot 5; <br /> THENCE North a distance of 186 feet to a <br /> point in the South Boundary Line of West Sherman <br /> Street, the Northwest corner of said Lot 5; <br /> TfiENCE East a distance of 50 feet to the <br /> place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br />
